Permit Parking Rules and Regulations Acknowledgement
1. PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK. HCC shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to bicycles or motor vehicles or to any property contained therein for any cause whatsoever, while such bicycles or vehicles are parked on college property. 2. Access to the garage is controlled by RFID readers. If you have a Harris County Toll Road Tag on your car. Please list the number above on Vehicle Information EXAMPLE HCTR 01234567 3. You must park at least 3 days a week at the facility to be issued a permit 4. Monthly parking authorization permits are non-transferable. Each vehicle requires a newly issued credential. 5. If applicable, monthly permits must be VISIBLY DISPLAYED on vehicles at all times when using the facility. Cars entering without current, visible monthly permits are subject to the maximum daily rate. 6. Permit holders may not take tickets from the pay station. If you have misplaced or are in need of a new permit, please notify the parking attendant. If you have taken a ticket to gain entrance, please submit the ticket for exit. HCC Property Management is responsible for all ticket issuance and replacement. Your cooperation is appreciated. 7. Permit holders must park in designated areas. 8. Customer agrees to report any damage caused by customer's vehicle. If discrepancies exist, please see the Property Manager. 9. Customer agrees to follow the instructions of garage/lot personnel and/or posted signage. Prior notice of cancellation is required. Please contact Property Manager. 10. Do not leave valuables or phones in vehicles. Lock all possessions. 11. Parking contract is for normal facility operating hours. See posted signs or ask the Property Manager
