1. Please use a common browser, such as Edge or Chrome. For technical issues, contact the IT Service Desk at 713-718-8800 or it.support@hccs.edu.
2. To prevent data loss, please save frequently. The "Save and Exit" button will allow you to return to your SAVED application form through email. Do not use the browser’s back button or refresh your screen when entering your data. This may lead to data loss.
3. For questions about the program application, application process, and program acceptance, please email the department. Go to hccs.edu, find the program page, and scroll to the bottom to find the department email.
If you do not have an HCC ID, at ApplyTexas.org and choose “Health Sciences" as major. An email with your HCC ID will be sent within 48 hours.
